Lovett Services was founded in 1997 by Dale Lovett, a determined entrepreneur who launched the company with borrowed money, one excavator, and a dump truck. What began as a one-man operation tackling utility work across Portland quickly earned a reputation for showing up, finishing the job, and standing behind the work.
In 2018, Gary Cosmer joined as Partner and CEO to scale the business, implementing the Toyota Production System and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and standardize operations.
